We seek a highly motivated, adaptable, versatile Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a diverse skill set and be capable of taking on various projects. This role involves direct client communication, hands-on work, and the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback effectively. The Assistant Project Manager must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Project Management Support
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the Project Manager and project team to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
- Track and report on project performance, regularly updating stakeholders and adapting plans to ensure success.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster strong client relationships, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
Hands-On Work & Problem Solving
- Demonstrate a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to project tasks when needed, leveraging your diverse skill set to ensure project success.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to address project challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.

Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project phases.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions, ensuring all team members are engaged, informed, and aligned with project objectives.
- Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects across various industries and domains, showcasing a diverse skill set and adaptability.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Zoho, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- A team player who can effectively collaborate with and support project team members.
- A quick learner who embraces feedback and is committed to ongoing professional development.
