Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be working with the Legal Department to help develop, market, strategize business plans, manage projects and build processes for delivery of company products and execution of business strategies. For the isted purpose, the Business Analyst is expected to be able to critically read and explain the market dynamics to the concerned teams along with providing relevant business strategies for development of company products and services. For the said purpose the Business Analyst, under the supervision and control of the Legal Department, shall be expected to  manage and coordinate all internal activities required for the development and approval of all matters pertaining to the said matters. Responsibilities also include market research, vendor relations, product pricing, development of customer/accounts business plans, bidding, project management and implementation.


  • Leading cross-functional teams in the completion of all bids and requests for proposals. This includes the creation of proposal documents, cross-references, customer analysis and the development of a pricing strategy for each response. 
  • Prepare customer agreements including redlining customer provided documents to comply with company-approved practices. 
  • Supporting Legal Team with bid pricing, customer analysis, business plan development, customer expectations and other matters critical for product development and delivery. 
  • Manage timelines and tasks for the Legal Team aiding in smooth execution of assignments. 
  • Develop, implement, and track pricing initiatives to optimize revenue through price.
  • Analyze and report with accuracy and timeliness pricing. 
  • Assist Pricing Optimization Manager with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
