We are looking for a competitive procurement specialist with a strong financial background, who is able to manage financial reports, as well as the Inventory/Procurement processes for products. You will be the owner of the following Processes which include RMA, Reconciliation, Ordering, Inventory management, and Master Tickets.

A person should be able to liaison between internal departments and suppliers. This position needs an experienced professional individual, who is able to make decisions, has initial knowledge about project management, and is ready to learn new skills.

Would prefer that you should have knowledge about procurement contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and how relationships are built with suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Financial reports Monthly and updating them on a weekly basis.
  • Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports.
  • Preparing client-required reports from the portal as per the client’s request.
  • Project Management within Zoho System and in the process as well.
  • Managing Tasks and workflow in Zoho System.
  • Negotiating contracts acting as a liaison and communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring the company’s demand for products to avoid supply shortages.
  • Coordinating with Finance/vendor, regarding payment issues if any other duties as assigned by Manager/team lead
  • Managing requirements for  Global Procurement.
  • Coordinating and processing purchase orders with stakeholders (Requestor, client, and vendor) for timely issuance of Purchase orders to vendors.
  • Managing /monitoring track of deliveries by the vendor as per timelines given in PO.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferable courses : Finance, Statics & Data Analysis, Business Management, SCM )
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 2-3 Years experience
  • Possess Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel(Advanced)
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Ability to multitask, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams/customers
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in financial reporting is preferred.


Office work hours will be 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM From Monday – Saturday.
