Job Purpose:

  • The RPA Analyst, Operational Excellence, will be primarily tasked to create automation solutions for the business and acts as a key pivot across multiple business functions, ensuring delivery of end-to end solutions that will drive meaningful and measurable business value.
  • The role will analyze and document complex business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for targeted processes.
  • The candidate would also support the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption/implementation activities associated with new RPA solutions/initiatives within the business.
  • The RPA Analyst works with cross-functional teams and business units to understand, challenge and provide thought leadership on strategy to achieve the company’s goals through business and technology transformation.
  • They identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition and re-engineer processes to improve automation potential.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Identify key areas of workflow optimization, automation, and deployment. This will involve exposure to, and absorption of, diverse business functions and their datasets/workflows, extensive RCA and R&D activities, and learning of new tools and/or programming/coding languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, VBA, Excel, and SQL Queries.
  • Execute diverse set of projects that are based on the framework of Business Process Improvement of Operational Excellence.
  • Responsible for efficient execution and effective implementation of all process re-engineering, change, and quality projects across the organization.
  • Conduct process reviews to eliminate inefficiencies, waste, and duplication of tasks, leading to operational efficiency.
  • Create a culture of “first time right” in the overall process, capitalizing on Kaizen and LEAN methodologies.
  • Research, analyze, develop and deploy end-to-end automation solutions by leveraging best prevailing practices in the industry.
  • Perform diagnostics on identified areas of the business to establish the area of improvement; define problems and propose solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business measurement tools.
  • Compile and prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities with associated issues/risks and how to mitigate them.
  • Be a team player; work amicably with multiple teams/departments; build effective relationships; influence and motivate all business functions’ stakeholders to ensure their wholehearted commitment to the achievement of Operational Excellence.
