We seek an experienced Senior Operational Excellence Analyst or Team Leader to join our team and help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Job Description

As a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst or Team Leader, you will be critical in managing and optimizing our cloud-based ERP system, Zoho (Projects, Desk, and Analytics). You will drive improvements in our data management, reporting processes, and process optimization. You will also lead a team of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our ERP system’s successful adoption and utilization across the organization.


  • Lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the cloud-based ERP system (ideally Zoho tools, including Projects, Desk, and Analytics) to ensure accurate data capture, management, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, analyze, and address process inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
  • Drive process design and optimization initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training and coaching programs to enhance employees’ understanding of the ERP system and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  • Overcome obstacles and employee reluctance to ensure compliance with data management processes and standards.
  • Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and expectations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence/Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or a related field, focusing on cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing Zoho tools or other ERP systems (experience with Zoho is highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence employees at all levels.
  • Experience in process design, optimization, and automation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and data governance principles.
  • Experience in training and coaching teams on process improvement methodologies and tools.
